Our programs help traders and investors become experts in the areas of Day Trading with Stocks and ETF’s, Futures Day Trading, and Swing Trading or Longer Term  Investing. Ongoing support is provided through our virtual trading room where Larry teaches daily along with the Power Cycle Trading community.

Larry Gaines has been involved in trading and brokering commodities and financial markets for over thirty years. He started his career trading tanker cargoes of foreign crude oil for a leading NYSE oil company in the 1980s in their Houston and Singapore offices. He quickly advanced his career to become an Executive Vice President of one of the largest international oil trading companies in the world. In this position, he managed their international trading for over ten years from their headquarters in Bermuda. His trading group was one of the first to trade over the counter options on cargoes of foreign crude oil and traded millions of barrels of north sea Brent crude oil options. During his tenure, he traded and managed billions of dollars worth of oil, foreign exchange and financial market derivatives including futures and options.

Larry has also worked with a number of hedge funds on a consulting basis and in 2009 set up an “over the counter” crude oil options brokerage desk for the world’s largest privately-owned oil brokerage company.

Following a passion to teach others how to trade options, Larry launched PowerCycleTrading.com in 2009 where he teaches a low-risk disciplined approach to trade through a price cycle trading system he developed capitalizing on decades of trading expertise. The model, now available for use with all major brokerage platforms, is successfully used by his clients for options, stocks, ETF’s, Futures and Forex trading to increase the probability of achieving higher profit margins with smaller capital investments. The model is also applied to longer time frames by swing traders and longer-term investors for lowering systemic market risk.

Larry lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife of over 30 years and their white Lab. He has two young adult sons.

He is honored to have served well over 1,000,000 traders in his programs, webinars and trading club, many of whom have been clients for years.

I have literally lost 1,000's of dollars on other systems but settled on Larry's.  His technical knowledge is unsurpassed, IMO, and his knowledge of using strategies with low risk and high reward is the best I have found since I started trading in 2003.  Your system is fantastic Larry!!! - Pam
Larry, I have spent many thousands of $$$ on expensive XXXX indicators the past few years.  Now, I only use the PCT toolset, strategies and your continued guidance to earn profits from the markets.  Much thanks,  - Rick
Hi Larry, I would like to let you know that I have learned more in one week from you then I have from everyone else since starting to trade futures in 2014.  I wish I would have known of you from the beginning! - Chris

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of the financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
